Return Policy
At GETKAR, we are committed to ensuring a reliable and transparent return process. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may return products purchased from us. By placing an order with GETKAR, you agree to the terms described below.
1. GENERAL
GETKAR provides a 14-day money-back guarantee. Customers are entitled to request a return within 14 days from the date on which the goods were delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@getkar.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse the products were shipped from. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us first, so we can provide you with the correct return address and return label.
Once your return request is accepted, we cover return shipping costs for returns made within the 14-day window, provided the item is unused, with original tags/packaging, and you request a return beforehand support@getkar.com. We cannot accept any returns sent to us without prior return authorization.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
3. EXCHANGES
GETKAR does not process direct exchanges. To receive a replacement item, the original product must be returned first. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.
4. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are being shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you promptly to let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval and the refund has not been received, customers must contact GETKAR at support@getkar.com for further assistance.
